HENSOLDT Analytics team hosted an “OSINT and Hybrid Warfare – the information battlespace” workshop at the annual CODE Conference 2021, 20 – 22nd July, 2021, organized by the Research Institute Cyber Defence (CODE), the University of the Bundeswehr Munich.
The 2021 edition of the event was enveloped in the guiding theme of “Supply Chain Sovereignty: Reality or Illusion?” and was influenced by the widespread impact of the COVID 19 pandemic. The global health crisis rejuvenated the focus on cybersecurity as the necessity to transition to virtual solutions created an array of new hybrid challenges at a much larger scale.
The conference took place virtually.

As part of the workshop, the HENSOLDT Analytics team represented by Mark Pfeiffer (HENSOLDT Analytics CVO) and Anne-Lynn Dudenhöfer (OSINT Analyst at HENSOLDT Analytics), will provide a general introduction to OSINT and Hybrid Warfare; a short touch-base presentation of current OSINT media monitoring techniques; and an interactive workshop giving further insights into the full operational picture and collection of requirements from the field by means of an open dialogue. This will resemble a compact and intensified version of our usual OSINT workshop.
