Last month, HENSOLDT Analytics welcomed a new team member – Victoria Toriser joined the Vienna-based offices to fulfil a new role of Business Development Manager within the Sales and Marketing team.

Victoria successfully completed her law studies at the Karl-Franzens University in Graz, where she specialized in international relations and human rights while working as a research assistant at the European Law Institute. Subsequently, she deepened her studies on international relations at the University of Cambridge and an international student´s programme at the Sapienza University in Rome. After completing her education, she started working at the Security Policy Division at the Austrian Federal Ministry of Defence, where she contributed to the development of the Austrian approach to hybrid threats and gained expertise in strategic foresight, scenario management and strategy development. Victoria then worked for an Austrian consultancy at the “Strategy & Analysis” division supporting clients in the public and private sector in strategic foresight and strategic management. She worked on projects in the context of security and defence policy research; was responsible for various software development and integration projects, and advised public and private clients on methodological and practical strategic foresight and comprehensive security issues. Victoria has served national and international clients and has been organizing international foresight workshop series for experts and students, among others.

At HENSOLDT Analytics, Victoria will be responsible for the European region and strategic partnerships and liaise closely with the Sales and Marketing team to achieve the company’s ambitious growth goals.
