SAIL LABS Technology (now HENSOLDT Analytics) is getting prepared to attend the first annual ELG* conference and META-FORUM 2019, on the 8th and 9th of October, in the city of Brussels.
The event is the international conference series on powerful and innovative Language Technologies (LT) for the multilingual information society. In addition to presentations and panel discussions, it will count on an exposition area, where attendees get the chance to get in contact with the latest research and innovation projects.
During this year´s edition, the European Language Grid (ELG) platform will be presented for the first time.
The H2020 project ELG is composed of a consortium of 9 members, including SAIL LABS. The project addresses the fragmentation of the European LT by establishing the ELG as the primary platform for LT in Europe. It aims to be a scalable cloud platform, providing, in an easy-to-integrate way, access to hundreds of commercial and non-commercial LT for all European languages, including running tools and services as well as data sets and resources.
